Consequences of the revocation

4. exclusion/expiration of the right of withdrawal:

A right of withdrawal exists according to § 312g para. 2 BGB, inter alia, for contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is relevant or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer and it expires prematurely in contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery and in contracts for the supply of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal was removed after delivery.

7. shipping costs:

We charge shipping fees. For our products with package delivery you pay a flat rate of Euro 4,99. For separately marked products, which are delivered by a forwarding agent due to their bulkiness or weight (forwarding agent items), we will charge you shipping costs, which will be posted to you separately.
